Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's personnel administration system and process standards, establishing the company's management system and continuously improving it;
2. Responsible for the recruitment and allocation of human resources, performance management and training and development;
3. Guide the company's personnel and administrative work;
5. Assist in promoting the construction of corporate culture, planning and organizing various employee activities;
6. Responsible for assisting the company's employees in the annual training and development plan, implementation and assessment;
7. Actively communicate with employees and deal with various labor relations issues in a timely manner;
8. Cooperate with administrative management and special work;
9. Assist the general manager to carry out related work.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the same position, work experience in advertising company planning position is preferred;
3. Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, strong communication skills, and be able to handle emergencies;
4. Work meticulously and conscientiously, cautiously and carefully, with a strong sense of responsibility, rigorous self-discipline, and passion for work;
5. Self-motivated, with strong planning and execution ability for work;
6. Familiar with computer operation, proficient in Office software operation;
