Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the application development of sorting equipment product structure, mechanical design, technical support and guidance of installation and debugging;

2. Responsible for the design of production fixtures, the formulation of production process flow and the application of new processes and new materials;

3. Responsible for and implement product structure optimization, process improvement, and improve product standardization;

4. Responsible for internal and external technical communication, product acceptance, collection of technical data, etc.;

5. Participate in the trial production tracking, assembly debugging and mass production of products;

6. Solve technical problems in the process of product production, assembly and debugging;

Qualifications:

1. Major in mechanical design automation, more than 5 years of work experience;

2. More than 2 years experience in the design of non-standard automation equipment;

3. Strong sense of teamwork, able to bear hardships and stand hard work;

4. Good language expression and communication and coordination skills; able to independently undertake product design tasks, able to work under pressure, work conscientiously, practically, and aggressively;

5. Proficient in the principle of mechanical structure action, familiar with the principle and basic process of automatic control;

6. Be able to understand the mechanical and electrical installation drawings, and provide technical guidance for the installation and commissioning process;

7. Proficient in various design software.
